Helene Raudaschl,
Director

FOODSERVICE APME

"When customers purchase products distributed by us, they know the provenance is unquestionable," explains Managing Director and co-owner Helene Raudaschl. At Indoguna’s helm for more than 20 years, she successfully merged Indoguna’s group of companies in Hong Kong, Singapore and UAE under Siam Makro to create FOODSERVICE Asia Pacific Middle East (APME).

In her current role as Director of FOODSERVICE APME, Raudaschl takes on a mentoring role and provides strategic counsel, giving directives and ideas to the team and business partners on the brands and services at the group level. With a palate that has been trained since young, she hails from a family who has been in the food business for over 30 years. As a result, she grew up with hands-on knowledge and extensive experience, as well as a steadfast desire to offer quality products to establishments that value them.

While at the helm of Indoguna, Raudaschl’s foresight saw her addressing gaps in the food and beverage industry and steering the company to continuously deliver the best and stay at the forefront of innovation, adhering to the company philosophy of “Only The Best Is Good Enough”.

For her trail-blazing achievements, she was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year – Food and Beverage Distribution (2016) and was also a selected member of the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Class of 2017 in Asia-Pacific. Under Helene’s leadership, Indoguna also won the prestigious E50 Awards for a record five years in a row, from 2011 to 2016. The annual E50 Awards recognize the 50 most enterprising local, privately-held companies who contribute to the economic development of Singapore.

With the company well-positioned for the future under FOODSERVICE APME, Raudaschl believes her dynamic team will be able to take Indoguna to greater heights.

Her vision for FOODSERVICE APME is for it to offer more than just the trendiest food products – she wants to see the group provide customers with total solutions in food service and food retail.

“In many ways, we are also seeing the company providing our customers, not just food and beverage products, but also our knowledge, offering them services, ideas and solutions.”
